At this time, we are only shipping in the continental United States.
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days (Tuesday through Friday) of payment receipt to the address listed on your order. All items are shipped USPS. During holiday seasons please check shop announcements for shipping deadlines.
Prints will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer + cardboard insert or in a cardboard tube mailer unless ordered with multiple items.
PLEASE make sure you check your shipping information and it is correct before you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide us with is correct. All orders will be shipped to the address. We cannot liable for packages sent to a wrong address due to an error on the buyer’s part.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in its unopened, original condition (including all original packaging). Products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and excludes shipping costs and fees.
A 20% Restocking Fee will apply to any item(s) that we receive that are broken or ripped or any packages that are unauthorized, unclaimed, refused, and/or return to sender.
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns for:
- Any items marked close out or FINAL SALES or on Clearance cannot be returned.
- Any item that has been customized, personalized, used, altered, or damaged will not be refunded.
- Any Items returned opened & without original packaging.
-Any items from our “From the Garden” or “Personal Hygiene” collections.
-Any items that were damaged by the customer.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for processing the return. All returns require an email confirmation.
Blue House Studios reserves the right to deny any return not meeting these guidelines.
Please note that all flowers and smudging bundles are shipped DRY or PARTIALLY DRY and some herb or flower shedding is perfectly normal. They will be wrapped to prevent as much as possible.
A refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges within 5 business (Tuesday through Friday) days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. Please note that if we are unable to issue refund back to original payment method, a store coupon for an equivalent dollar value will be issued.
(Some banks may process refund sooner than others, please contact us and your bank if you have not received your credit within 7 business days of notification.)
Unfortunately, items may sometimes get damaged in transit so we must be notified of any damaged items within 5 business days of the receipt of your order through our portal. We will be unable to accept returns for any damaged items if we are not notified within this 5 business day damage period.
