I am the Creative Director Assistant at The Blue House. My job is to coordinate events, assist in marketing, help with creative direction and obtain exciting new retail for our online store. Being the CDA for The Blue House provides a fun challenge in an ever changing role where I get to work in a creative environment and interact with other creative individuals.
Apart from being the CDA, I am also an artist that specializes in embroidery, printmaking and design. I use my artistry to adorn stationary, creative gift wrap or as original works of art. Inspiration comes to me from the natural world. The outdoors, hiking and traveling are the muses to my soul.
My husband and I reside in Lincolnton, NC. It is there that I deeply enjoy turning our outdoor space into gardens that encompass many varieties of useful herbs, plants and vegetables.
