To qualify, you must be at least 18 years of age by the contest’s date and a legal resident of the United States. INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT AND INTERNET CONNECTION ARE REQUIRED. The Sweepstakes will run from Wednesday, February 24th 2021 until Wednesday, March 24th 2021 at midnight Eastern Standard Time. The winner will be announced Friday, March 26th, 2021, on Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be notified through the email they provided on the email signup. One (1) winner (“Winner“) will be randomly selected by The Blue House Studio on Friday, March 19th, 2021, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The original artwork winner will receive the original “Foxy” 9”x12” mixed media (watercolor and ink) art by Stacey Pilkington-Smith by mail. The complimentary artwork will include free shipping. No purchase is necessary.

Promotion is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Blue House Studio is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate, or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the promotion, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Promotion-related materials. The Blue House Studio is not responsible for any changes to or unavailability of the social media platform service that may interfere with the promotion (including any limitations, restrictions, or conditions on The Blue House Studio’s ability to use the platform for the promotion as set forth herein that are not acceptable to The Blue House Studio) or the power of an entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with The Blue House Studio via the platform. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other circumstances or causes beyond The Blue House Studio’s control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the promotion, The Blue House Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the promotion. In the event of cancellation, The Blue House Studio reserves the right to award prizes from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event requiring such cancellation. WINNER NOTIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: All potential winners will be notified by The Blue House Studio via direct message on the platform used to enter. Entrants agree The Blue House Studio may communicate via e-mail using the e-mail address provided by the entrant. Potential winners must follow the instructions provided as part of the notification, including providing an e-mail address, telephone number, username, or other means of verification. The Blue House Studio will attempt to contact a potential winner up to three (3) times. If a potential winner:

1. Cannot be reached directly.
2. Does not respond to The Blue House Studio within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt.
3. Is found ineligible.
4. Declines the prize.
5. Fails to comply with these Official Rules, such the person may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be notified, or such prize may go unawarded, in the sole discretion of The Blue House Studio.

In the event of a dispute, an entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant cannot be resolved to The Blue House Studio’s satisfaction, the entry at issue will be deemed ineligible. The Blue House Studio, its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any individual or entry from the promotion for any reason or no reason at all. The decision of The Blue House Studio will be final and binding in all matters.

No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions is permitted by the winner (s). The Blue House Studio reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by The Blue House Studio. The winner is responsible for reporting and payment of taxes (if any) and other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded.

By entering this promotion, you consent to receive an e-mail message from The Blue House Studio. By entering this promotion, you grant Promotion Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use your name, city, and state of residence, voice, picture, and likeness, without compensation, notification, or approval, for advertising and publicizing the goods, services of the promotion entities, and all matters related to the promotion, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. The winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, tax acknowledgment form, and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of a potential Winner to respond after three (3) notification attempts, and within three (3) business days of the first attempt, may result in disqualification and, at The Blue House Studio’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
